This heterogeneous group of substances is mainly determined by means of ion chromatography.
Dietary fiber, in contrast, is quantified by LC-RI or gravimetrically. - Fatty acids
We analyze the fatty acid spectrum (including omega fatty acids) of a sample by gas chromatography.
